About 30-45 minutes depending on which Berkshires town. Pittsfield is 35 miles (40 minutes); Great Barrington is 30 miles (35 minutes); Lenox and Stockbridge are about 45 minutes. The Berkshires are our closest out-of-state region.
How long is the drive from Boston?
Approximately 150 miles, about 2.5 hours via I-90 west (Mass Pike). Worcester is closer at 2 hours, Springfield at about 90 minutes.
Do you serve all of Massachusetts?
Yes. From the Berkshires through the Pioneer Valley to the Boston metro, we have buyers in every Massachusetts region. Western MA is closest geographically but we ship anywhere in the state.
Can the Bolonka handle New England winters?
Yes. The Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka was developed in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, so the breed has cold-weather genetics. The double coat insulates well. As a toy breed, they still need a sweater for extended outdoor time in single-digit temperatures, but they tolerate cold better than most Bichon-family breeds.
